Participation-
Sweepstakes Promotion: No purchase necessary.
Promotion is open to general public. Means of entry is by Entry
Form at promotional displays located at malls, fairs, stores,
events, etc. Consenting participants are contacted by phone and
invited to select a key from the drawing barrel at East Coast
Resorts of America – Bass Lake Resort and affiliates (ECRA)
or participants may receive invitation by mail. Participant who
selects or receives the key that fits the lockset at ECRA receives
choice of: a) two years use up to 24,000 miles of a 2009 Saturn
VUE Hybrid or equivalent valued at $13,500 or b) $10,000 cash.
If vehicle is chosen, winner must be approved by vehicle’s
finance institution. All tax, acquisition and DMV fees are responsibility
of winner. Key selection limited to one participant, vehicle,
or household. Promotion begins 3/1/09 and ends 12/30/09 or upon
selection of winning key, whichever occurs first. If winning key
is not selected, ECRA reserves the right to select a winner by
random drawing, in which case only the vehicle will be offered
subject to winner being approved by vehicle’s finance institution.
Odds depend on total number of participants, but no worse than

Giveaway Promotion: Sweepstakes participants may also be invited
to participate in additional Giveaway Promotion by attending a
90 minute guided tour about ECRA to receive Bonus Gifts. Bonus
Gifts are: A Certificate for 3-days/2-nights accommodations selected
from over 60 popular destinations, plus two $25 ‘Dining
Dough’ dinner certificates, plus $100 Gas certificate. If
married, engaged, cohabitating or have a significant other, both
parties must tour together. Void if participant previously toured
within two years. Must also: a) be at least 30 years old, currently
employed with annual household income of at least $35,000, or
b) if retired, have a steady source of income in addition to Social
Security or disability. Singles meeting these qualifications are
also welcome. Two forms of ID required: such as a drivers license
& major credit card or checkbook. A $29.95 refundable deposit
is required to activate the accommodations Certificate and receive
Reservation Request Form, then up to one year to use. If requested
destination allotment is full alternate locations will be offered.
Other charges may apply around major holidays or other peak periods,
and for upgrades & extensions. Tours on weekdays also receive
a $200 online shopping spree Certificate and a $100 Gift Check
for merchandise redeemed requiring only the fulfillment company’s
S&H fees. $100 Gas certificate is for five rebate vouchers
of $20 each to be redeemed one per month. ECRA reserves the right
to substitute other gifts of equal or greater value.
